After subscribing to the Power Vision Ultimate Pack, Sprint TV Ultimate still doesn't appear in the list of My Channels. Sprint's Technical Support told me to buy Sprint TV Ultimate from my phone, and that I won't be charged. I did so, but I know I will be charged (and have to call back and argue) because I have gone through this rigamarole before, and I already see Sprint TV Ultimate listed on my account as a purchase.
This goofup has been occurring, on and off, for the last year. Why is Sprint incompetent to fix this automatically? And why are Sprint's tech support people incompetent to fix it manually?
