I have an A640 and the Vision Picture Pack. I know while I'm on the web on the phone, that when it prompts me to buy something, that obviously isn't included, however is there anything on there that is not included that they don't prompt you for?
I came across a Google Maps thing on this site: www.google.com/gmm and downloaded that to the phone. Is any of this data usage included in the Vision Package or will this be billed out of bucket?

A Vision pack gives you unlimited data, so if the application or game itself does not cost money, such as Google Maps, you will not receive additional charges.

Thanks laursifer.
Is there a reason why it actually shows how much data is being used on the screen then?
So just to clarify, as long as I'm not using my PAM, then I shouldn't have any extra charges? ie: if the browsing / game / app is being used on the phone's screen... then I'm covered with the Vision Pack?

Is the mobitv like Sprint TV in the PV Pack? This phone is not a PV phone... so I doubt I can get any TV services on it. Correct me if I'm wrong. I think that was part of the reason why I had quite a conversation with the retention rep when doing the ESN swap and adding the Vision Pack... I was told it would be PV... but when they added it... they said it would be the picture pack. After a bit of complaining, they threw in unlimited SMS... but then if they had just said that because your phone is not PV capable, we can't offer that service to you... that's all I needed to hear. Anyways...

i have the lx-350 which is the vision only phone and i can get mobitv. it works just fine at 1x speeds. you can go to the mobitv website and see the list of phone that support mobitv and the fps that you can expect.i get the 15 fps speed which runs just fine, very little skipping, i hardly notice it.

the only charge that you should expect is if the website sends you the download link ,once you upload ,in a text message is a 10 cent charge per message or counting against your allotted messages.but no other charges such as data as you have unlimited data.
