I have a chance to use either one which will be provided by my company. Any comments on which system is the most user freindly and which is least glitchy

I don't know about the Blacberry service, but I know GoodLink is pretty darn good. Haven't had any real issues, and we've got almost 200 users on our GoodLink system. It's almost like carrying a mini version of Outlook with you. The only problem is, if you're out of range, I think it's real slow in puling up your contacts, as I believe it has to time out to use the cached contact list. Although since I'm never out of range, I haven't noticed yet. I've used it on the Treo 650 and the 700p.

when you say pit of range do you mean out of sprint coverage?

I mean out of data coverage w/o roaming, when I say out of range.
