Not quite sure where to put this, but I jsut got one of Sony's brand-spankin new ux180p mini-pc computers. Seriously, this thing is the ****. The only problem Im having is WAN. It comes with a Cingular Edge card built in from a sony ericson (sp?). Before buying, I had read somewhere that it can be used with sprint with the provided hardware once its unlocked. Well, I unlocked it but the guys at sprint told me i cant use it with my EVDO account because of compatability issues.

Help me out! theres gotta be a way I can get evdo on this thing...

I don't see how it could. It would be no different then any other phone; can't use GSM on CDMA.
