What is the phone number that takes you straight to a business accounts rep? I had it a few weeks ago, and now i've lost it :( And i'm tired of calling from a land line...only to wait 5 minutes for a rep, then wait another 5 to be transferred.

I know there is 2 numbers for CS so it doesnt surprise me. What surprises me I dont have retentions number lol

tai...the number you posted is the one i've always used to get to business retentions. always gets me to a retentions rep that can take care of every problem :)
