I'm trying to get A900Upload to allow direct to phone downloads but...

Can someone please tell me why the **** this is giving me a size mismatch?

I have a png gcd file: http://www.a900upload.com/files/1154870459/76.gcd that links to the .png...the exact size of the .png is listed in the .gcd.

Here's what happens on the phone:
It asks me do I want to download --> Yes
Download goes to 5 of 9 KB and then says error 904.

What's odd is that I don't get this error when trying to get jpeg files..
[edit] I don't get this error with GIF files either. Nor do I get the error with PMD files.

It looks to me like there may be something wrong with the PNG file itself. Perhaps it didn't upload to your server all the way, because when I try to view that PNG file on my comp, it loads about 1/4 of the image and then eventually stops trying to load it and says it can't load it because the file contains errors.
