When I got my phone, On Demand asked for my Zip code. My Zip code changed back on July 1. I figured it was safe to enter my new Zip since that is what is on my account. However, On Demand doesn't recognize it and a few items do not work saying the Zip is invalid. I cannot find a way to change it in the phone. Does anyone know how to do this?

I'm looking at On Demand in my Sanyo 7500 right now and I can't find a way to change the ZIP either... judging from its built-in "Help" feature, it looks like once the ZIP is in there, it's in there. I've always thought On Demand was a stupid feature. This proves it.

OreBruin, are you saying that it let you change the zip code you had previously entered, allowing you to enter a new one, and it's the new one it doesn't recognize?
As an aside, as far as it being "safe" to enter your new zip because that's what's on your account, I don't think it matters whether the zip you enter is the one on your account. When I set mine up, I used a completely different zip than what's on my account and it functions fine, no problem.

It was the initial Zip code entry that it will not let me change. I was receiving error mesages saying Zip code not valid but it seems to be working better. It certainly is not a huge deal. Many companies have yet to update the new Zip for my area and have told me until they do, there is nothing I can do. :-)
