Anyone having problems with vision??

When I was on the phone with Tech Support on friday regarding the SMS issue, she said that SMS should be fixed, but that Premium Services (Vision) can still be down/not up-to-par and that they're working on it.

I'm in nashville now have no power vision. But other than that working good.

I live near Jax, FL, and have been getting nothing but network errors since Aug 1st every time I try PictureMail or Web during the evenings and early mornings. It has been working fairly reliably from about 10AM EDT to 5PM EDT. Of course, that uses plan minutes then, so I use it sparingly.

An update, for those experiencing "network error" trying to do the wireless web: If it's persistent, or if it only works during certains times of the day, it's worth a call to Sprint or an email to the support desk, sent via the sprint website (in the support area). I noticed that one phone on the family plan got network errors when trying to send either picturemail or browse the web, but those errors only happened on nights/weekends. So I dismissed this as a load issue -- wrong!! I discovered after a week or so that my wife's phone doesn't have this problem, so if you know another Sprint user it's worthwhile to ask them to try while you're getting network errors. In my case, one of the phones was programmed incorrectly. Both phones used to work fine, so programming problems can apparently happen for no obvious reason.

I am in Orlando and have been not able to use vision for 2 weeks. I went to Indiana and did not work there either. I have 2 Sanyo 4920 and neither one works. Put in a trouble ticket but Tech sounded like it was a unique problem.

here in Miami, Florida both vision and Power vision is up and workign fine. yesterday and today so far im on spritn users right now on my phone
