Recently, I was testing the text to landline at a friends house, and they only got 1 out of the two messages I sent, and it took about 15 minutes. Then when they replied back I ever got it on my cell phone, and I never got the confirmation message saying that it was answered...
Just tested it today at my home, I was able to get it about 20 seconds after I sent it, but still not confirmation message or the reply I sent...

According to a number of Sprint CSRs, the whole SMS Service is broken and has been since July 31.

Wow, I'm pissed at Sprint now, I just called and asked about this and this woman claims that the text messaging service is offline. When I asked for more details she screamed, "Things break down, ....click..."

No way...the woman actually got mad right away and hung up on you? I have just been recently playing with the service too..and did last night...i sent two to my house...and got them both...but like you also...it took about 15 minutes...then i sent back the replys...one a text..the other a voice...and i got them on my phone ..but it took about another 30 minutes. As with regular SMS...I have had no problems...they show up within seconds....that sucks though!!

Yes, she was very rude, but I really don't care, they have a crappy job anyway. :haha: ...Their own fault for not going to college. But yeah, I hope they fix this, cause I use it a lot to communicate to people.
