Okay so my phone bills have been way out of control. Of course I have beefed up my international calling but still there just seems to be too much going on and I need to streamline.
I say I think I have been hoodwinked is because of my vision plans.
I have a 8200 as my main line and that has the vision pictures pack for $15 a month.
Now on my second line I have a 900 which has the power vision plus pack at $10 a month. In addition they added Video Mail for $5.
Now please correct me if I am wrong but doesn't the Plus pack come with Video Mail already?? Why are they charging me another $5??
And just to clarify the vision on the second line is half price. So the package is originally $20 but its reduced to $10 right?
Thanks for the help before I call Sprint and demand a whole lot of consessions for being hoodwincked! But I wanted to check here first!!

This much I do know, I have unlimited PV (EVDO) on my sero plan and it does have picture mail included. Keep in mind this is the cheapest PV option Sprint offers, no tv stations, sirus, or other goodies included. I hope this helps you. :)

As far as i can tell, the PowerVision Plus includes sending of Videos and Pics - there aren't really any addon packs for PowerVision. There's Access (Internet Acess + ABCNEWSNOW), PV Plus, which add the picture sending ability and more TV and Sirius, then Ultmate and Live, which add tv and radio channels.
From the PV user's guide:

PV Access is the base plan and I was old several times that it does not include Picture/Video mail, that if I wanted that I needed Plus

its okay I try to find humor in all things possible.
Yep I have the Power Vision Plus pack
then they have the Video Mail as an add on for $5!!!. I never even used it!!!!!
I emailed ecare lets see how they explain it.
But its okay I am going to see how far I can go with getting a 6700. I know thats minor for that phone but shoot until I found this place I have paid full price for every single thing. I still dont have a great plan as my bill has gone over $100 every since I added a second line in Feb. I dont use half the stuff I have!

They're charging me $5 for each for picture AND video! ugh
and I have the $15 power vision pack.
I just emailed CS asking to cancel it. i'm not gonna pay $30+ in just extra add ons.

Apparently Sero's included version is Power Vision Plus, I know for certain I get picture/video mail included at No additional charge with Sero.

the $15 power vision package is just web access and sprint tv channel 0. $5 for picture mail and $5 for video mail. you could get the $20 power vision package which has unlimited web, video mail, picture mail, sprint tv channel 1 and streaming radio.
