I just need to vent for a few paragraphs. I recently added a phone to our account, for a total of five phones. It was an LG225, however, wasn't able to access the internet due to Error1012. From the middle of June until now, Sprint has not been able to resolve the issue. I've called Advance Technical Support about 15-20 times and they only indicate it's a problem with their server and it will take 4-36 hours for it to resolve itself. I feel like they are pulling my chain. I don't understand why hasn't the problem been resolved. Does anyone have a contact number to Customer Relations or a higher division what would be able to review this. Everytime I've called Advance Technical Support they have create a Ticket for the Ticket Team to purge out of the server. However, they claim they can't directly contact the Ticket Team and they they only make outbound calls. I wonder if I threaten to remove our five phones and go to a competing company would they resolve the issue. I never had poor Sprint Service until now. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I may need to contact the President of Sprint (not that it would help) to express my overall displeasure. Thanks for letting me rant.

Take it to your local store. It is a 5-10 min fix usually ... If you PM your number i could help you tomorrow when i get to work.

I had this same problem. This is what I did to fix it. Maybe it will work for you.

1. Log into your account at sprint.com. Make sure you are on "Manage".
2. Click "My Personal Information".
3. In the passwords section, click "Modify" to change your Power Vision Password.
4. Enter your password (this doesn't have to be a new password, you may reuse your old password if you know it), security question, etc. on the form.
5. Make sure your phone is on and has a signal then click "Submit".
6. Give it a few minutes. Hopefully it will work now.

Let me know if it worked.

By the way, hello everyone. New poster here. I have been with Sprint for over five years. Hopefully I can use my experience to make some kind of positive contribution here.
