Hey everyone, my plan just switched over to SERO today. Picture mail is not working and I remember reading that this is a good way to get more perks (I was thinking FIMF). How would I go about this? Just call up and tell them picture mail isnt working and then when they ask if they could help me with anything else I just say yeah...? Is it better to e-mail ecare? Thanks a lot,

Just because you don't have picture mail working, doesn't mean that you are qualified to receive free items. I wish everything did work like that.
Just call *2 and tell them that you have SERO and you need the pic mail/video mail to be provisioned onto the plan. It might take some time for them to realize that it is included with the plan for free, but eventually they will see.
Oh and FIMF is really hard to get now-a-days, from what I am reading on this forum. You have SERO now, which is going to make it a lot harder for you to get free items added to your plan, because you already have a slammin plan.
But if you really want to get something for free out of your situation, it is best to call *2 and speak with retentions. Emailing ecare will probably get you nowhere. It would have months ago, but probably not now.

there are plenty of sero threads and you do have pic mail you just have to accept the charge but it will be zeroed out at the end of the month
