When I use my Sync cable and upload a ringer to my phone the phone and the BitPim program both carry out like they have completed the task..I then click ok on the phone and remove the cord..BUT then when I go into my sync menu the ringers are not there..I have no problem at all uploading pics n wallpapers etc to it..It goes the same way..Just I cant seem to get the ringers to show on the phone..(??)..
:Popcorn2: Any Suggestions :deal:

what type of file are you trying to upload to your phone? the phone only allows for .mid transfer via bitpim anything else would require an uploader like our handy dandy focus tool

you can upload .qcp files via the focus tool but you cant transfer them to the phone via usb/bitpim and your handy dandy focus tool can be found at the top of this page...just click on the focus tab and whammy!!! you're on your way to uploading your own ringers.

or just click here http://www.sprintusers.com/focus/
