When I first renewed, the rep placed notes on the system about getting NW @ 6 PM because she was unable to get the MRC to work. Retentions confirmed and stated that it was free. I wanted written confirmation, so I emailed ecare and they sent me a response stating that NW@ 6PM were free. The Sprint site has always shown that it costs $10.00 for the NW@6.

1) For those with free NW@ 6 - what does your Sprint plan detail and/or invoice say? Does ithe site have the same thing that mine has and does your invoice have a MRC (monthly recurring credit) for it? Or does something else happen for you?

2) What did your letter from Sprint address your free NW@6?

It will only show up on your bill because the code to offset the 10 dollar charge is not part of your plan. Check your first bill, there should be a credit.

It shows up as a charge then credit on your bill. See this example for 7pm:
