Hi guys. I have a 9000 and love it. :) Buy lately it has a little problem. When somebody from my address book calls me it rings, but if I somebody else calls me, it goes directly to the voicemail. It doesn't ring. I only get the voicemail alert. I tried to change the settings, but didn't work. I took it to Sprint and they told me only needed an update. They updated it, but still doing the same. :headbang2 Can somebody help me?

Did they update the firmware? Take the battery off the phone for awhile. Press ##786# then press OK, go to version and press OK. Do you see 1.012?

Wirelessly posted (Samsung-SPHA900 AU-MIC-A900/2.0 MMP/2.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

It sounds like your sec. is set for only in coming calls just change it to all calls.

Look under menu > settings > security (the lock code is the last 4 of your phone #) > restrict calls (i think) and check that those settings are all unrestricted.
