MY last sanyo was the RL4900, it was such a good phone (it was so powerful, and it took alot to damage it) then i left her for a A680, BIG MISTAKE i have my 150 rebate avalible but im gonna wait eith for the ic802 or the sanyo 8400 does it have a speaker on the front of it like the 2300,and 8300? i looked at the pics but cuiz its blurry i couldnt tell my eyes began to hurt. any new pics that arent blurry the phone is being released mid aug early sept i cant belive there arent pics out there. i mean theres pic of the moto ic802 and thats not being released til jan 07! give me advice on what i should get. i saw a 7300 on ebay and was so tempted to buy it it sounded like what i wanted

my wants: speaker so i dont have to hold phone to my head while im on hold.
STRONG so it doesnt break when i drop it (like i do quite often), BT i dont carefor, Vision at least regular,OH and a nice Caller id. and right now insurance gave me a lg x350 which has a battery life of like 5 days so a phone that doesnt have to be charged for a long time.

I'm going to asume the 8400 will be like a 7500 and a 9000 in that it has the wonderful speakerphone on the outside front so you can use the speakerphone with the flip closed. In the store display I saw (not out yet) the phone looks like a 9000 which means no rubberized coating like the 7200 and 7500 phones have, just to name a few.

My advice is to invest in a really high quality case that will really protect the phone and be careful with the phone. By their very nature flip phones are delicate with the hinge assembly. I currently have a Sanyo 7200, its really tough and hard to break! :)

If you want to relive the glory days of the 4900, the 4930 will do the trick. Such a great phone, excellent battery and reception, not to mention durable, and nice looking too. It has quite a few features, little things, like the 9000. The recent calls list comes up by pressing talk, it has the event list for missed calls and messages, and it has the advanced voice dialing. It also has a LOUD speakerphone, I'd say just about as loud as the 9K. I loved mine when I had it but had to sell because it's such a pain going from 1x to power vision anymore with ESN changes. Oh well!

You better be sorry, that took a long time to think about and type out for ya, just to be yelled at...

There's always Keyguard ya know, for the candybar phone that is...

...no pics of the 8400 yet, and the 9100 and 7600 are RUMORS, they could be real, but we have not seen or heard anything as of yet...
