Okay, so people have posted on here and other sites about how to make make the sound quality better for the QCP format. It is QCP right? lol...
My quesion is- I have all the necessary programs to actually do this, but everyones instructions are too confusing. I am pretty computer literate and just want someone to explain it step by step.
this is possible right? Because if not I will be returning this phone..btw I have a 3100

check out www.CraigGiven.com for a very simple tutorial. Not sure if that will show you how to make it better (most qcp quality is pretty awful), but it will show you how to do it quite easily with two programs, one of which you likely already have.

no prob
to clean up the QCPs, you need to use a program such as WavePad to do whats called a 'frequency filter', removing the heavy bass and high treble, making the file clearer
