A friend signed up with Sprint on Monday night and I told him about this site and the SERO plan... when he emailed about changing to the SERO plan, he was provided this excerpt from the email... Any thoughts on this? It sounds like they are requiring yet another account to be set up... which there is already one on the way. Is there an alternate business ecare to assist?
