Hi All,
I am new to this website, but let me say I was pretty amazed to find it! There is a lot of talk about SERO & Retention used to get great deals. I understand that retention can only be used once your contract is up (is there a way around this?). SERO is basically a call up and ask type thing.
My sister works for a Radio Shack owned Sprint kiosk. She called about SERO and they told her its only for new activations. Is it possible to get SERO in the middle of your contract??
My contract ends in December. I have been dying for either a new phone or just to go to Tmobile and get a sidekick. I had a problem with my old phone (samsung a660) and was given an LG LX350 the other day since the problem could not be switched. I like it, but would love to try a Sanyo. I have been with Sprint since Jan 2002. I hate them... but realize that PCS to PCS is the best thing ever (my closest friends have Sprint).
Thanks to any and all comments/advice!
