Included: Leather case with swivel clip and detachable flap (if I can find it) and car charger. Both are OEM products purchased directly from Sprint.
Life Timer: 162 minutes/170277 kilobytes
Used/Tested Networks: Sprint
Condition: Used for 2 weeks. In great like new condition.

Location: Chattanooga
Shipping: Free next day air to anywhere in US (most likely DHL or Fedex will be used). Just tell me the time you need it by (morning or afternoon).
