I got the BB to access my pop and mainly my work (exchange) email on the road when I don't want to lug a laptop. the pop accounts work fine.

I had the work email working great for 24hrs then it quit. I had sent and received work email no problem in that time. When it gave me error messages. I went thru our server with our IT guy and no changes had been made, so nothing on our end. Then called sprint to troubleshoot. two different 1 hr calls to the blackberry support area yielded at best a "it just doesnt work with some servers". BUT IT WORKED FOR 24hrs! ***?

They have now opened a trouble ticket and are attempting to escalate it. The bb folks couldnt tell my IT guy what to look for on our end other than it should just work.

The work email was my primary reason for getting this when I read up and it was supposed to work with no problems. I can install a piece of software on my desktop and work and leave the PC on all the time, but thats not good for that machine. AND it did work for a while... bummer.. this worked fine on the treo and even my a900, but not the BB?

Just venting and FYI for all interested.
