when i got my phone in november the sales guy at bast buy screwed us by not putting all of our extra suff onto our plan. the first months bill waas $600.00+ and insurance wasnt on it. by the time we straightened it all out, it was too late to add insurance. is there any way that our insurance colud be added now because the idiot at the desk f***ed us up?

Call *2 or go to sprint web site, And add it to your plan.

The option to add gets removed after a short time frame. I believe you can add the "extended warranty" coverage, but not the "loss / damage / theft" part.

you can give it a shot and try the sprint store or *2 but you might get somewhere with them and good luck with it
