HI everyone, I am new to this site, but not to sprint. I have been with sprint for at least 10 years. My current plan is a business account

* $100.00 PCS Free & Clear Plan
* Minutes Are Shared On This Plan
* All Minutes Include Long Distance
* 2000 Anytime Minutes
* Unlimited Night and Weekend Minutes
* Nights: M-Th 9PM-7AM Wknd: F 9PM-M 7AM
* Caller ID, Call Waiting
* Three-way Calling
* Voicemail
* Additional Anytime Minutes $.40 Per Min.
* Unlimited Sprint Mobile to Mobile Calling
* Shared line for free
* Picture Pack for $5 with $5 credit on downloads

I dont have any loyalty discounts or any discounts. Whats the highest percent of a discount you think I can get? And my contract expires 11/06. What do you guys think I should ask for and what can I get? I am looking to upgrade my current phones, a Sanyo 8200 and a LG NE1. I want a 2 A900s or 1 A900 and any smartphone. Can I get both A900s for free or with a smartphone? If not want phones do recommend?

In addition, with an A900, I would like siruis for free....reasonable?

Please help me by posting anything/discounts you think I can get for free whether or not I need it. I like to know all my options.

Also, can someone please give me the number to business retentions?

I really appreciate your time taking to read this and help me out.

10 year? You should get a loyalty discount of at least 10%, if not 15%.

Depending on how good you are at the retentions game, yeah, you can get 2 free a900s, and yeah, you could get 1 free a900 with a deeply discounted smartphone, or if you're really good, you could get a free a900 and a free smartphone.

I don't know if anyone has gotten the Ultimate PV package for free, but it seems reasonable based on your standing with Sprint.

Some things you could definately get is free roaming and free N/W starting at 7. Also, free unlimited texting or at least 500 free texts is easy to get, also.

They recently changed all the direct dial numbers again. Just call *2 and say "cancel service" and you should be on with retentions. Ask what department your speaking to, it should be "account services" or "gold" or the rep may say cancelations / retentions. Once you confirm it, tell em what your looking for.

I got the Free Smartphone and the free a900. It wasn’t really hard; it all just depends on who you talk to. Act depressed and disappointed, but don’t be pushy or demanding. The rep is your friend.

And news on the 900: if you got one with your 700p, call sprint and make sure they didn’t note it on your account. I got a call today asking if I got one, and then said they were sending me a phone return package to send it back. But oh well, I'm working on a new project now anyways. I’m going to score another free Treo 700p and then switch my friend a 920 for the Treo. I have no idea what I need two for but oh well...
