I haven't seen this addressed anywhere, and this is the first time I've had "discounts" on my plan, so here goes....

I have a 15% employee discount. In the grand scheme of billing, I was just curious if that discount is applied before or after credits are applied to the account.

I have the SERO plan with TEP ($36 total), but I get a $10/month credit for 6 pm n/w, an $8 credit for 500 text messages, and a $5/mo loyalty credit.

15% AFTER credits applied = $4.65
15% BEFORE credits applied = $7.35
15% BEFORE 6 pm/txt but after/at same time as $5 credit = $8.10

Now my bill is crazy low, so this isn't something i would ever get my panties in a snit over. i'm just curious how they do the accounting, and it could take a month or two for my discounts to get into the system and i'm horribly impatient. :)

You have 6PM NW and 500 SMS credits and they don't charge your account? On my account, they charged me $5 for 7PM NW and $5 for 100 SMS and then issued a $10 credit to offset those charges.

How do I get them to take the $10 charges off but retain the $10 credit?

No, I am billed for those services. That's what I mean. I am billed $54 total BEFORE the credits are applied (sero + TEP + n/w + text).

Then I have $18 credit for n/w and text.

Then $5 loyalty discount.

Then I also have this 15%.

What I want to know is whether I'm given 15% of $31, 15% of $36, or 15% of $54.
