Of this email I sent Ecare working???

Hello Ecare I have went thru you instead of *2 many times in
the past and you have always helped so I am hoping you can do so once
again. I recently purchased a Sanyo MM-7400 and It just hasn't been
working the way I expected it to. It drops alot of calls and doesn't
always work in my apartment very well. I am looking to get either a
Sanyo MM-A 920 or a Sanyo MM-7500. I have checked with T Mobile and
Verizon and they are giving phones with the same or close to options for
free if I was to switch over. I like Sprint but now that my service isnt
working well I am thinking of switching. Now my contract doesn't end
until 01/05/08 but if I am not getting good service in my home I will
have to switch. I was wondering what kind of deal you would be willing
to give me on one of those phones. I am willing to extend my contract if
I was to get a new phone that will work. Thanks for your time!

This type of inquiry is best served through retentions, not eCare.

You have a year and three months left of your contract and telling them you don't get good service in you home. I don't think they will give you too much.

If you go to one of the other companies you will get a free phone, but will cost you $200 ETF from Sprint. Plus I don't think you will find a plan like you have through another company for that price.

So what phone did they offer you for free?

She didnt offer, she asked if I had any phone in mind.... I asked about the Katana just wondering about it and she said it wasnt coming out till August. So I said how about the Samsung MM-A920 she said OK.... :headbang2 The only other phone I was thinking of getting was the Sanyo MM-7500 but they no longer have it for sale I heard.
