What is the best way to get a loyalty discount added to my account? through e-care or retentions? or does anybody else have any ideas?

If its almost 2 years, you might get more by waiting until it has been 2 years and you are out of contract

agreed. If your contract ends soon, be planning and thinking about what you could really use and then get a hold of retentions and ask them for what you'd like.

More then likely if you ask for a loyalty now they will only do it if you renew your contract. Thats why I say just wait out your two years and thats when you get to call retentions and get all the discounts you want and will ever need.

what is this loyalty discount you're talking about? i've been a spring customer for over 4 years now and my current contract ends on the 13th. i'd love to know more about this if it'll save me some money...

Simply that they give you a discount b/c you have been with them for a long time. Ask for a 15% Loyalty Discount, that is the highest of its type that I've heard of.

i emailed ecare and asked for a corp discount she said we don't have that on our list and gave me 10% on both lines i didn't even say a company to her LOL

Call and cry about your service to retention. eCare was doing good but in my experionce today, retention puts eCare to shame. I got 10% for no reason, they just gave it to me.

lol 10% isin't bad when the bill is over 100 bucks because that means its like 10 dollars off :) I'll try and get a discount somewhere
