Hello everyone, I just signed up with the forums and love reading through here and thought I should start off by saying hello to everyone. I was looking to see how I could improve the price of my current plan. My current plan is as follows:

Phone: Samsung A900
Plan:
1000 Anytime Minutes ($55.99)
500 Text Msgs ($8)
7pm unlimited night and weekends
Sprint PCS Unlimited (The one with all the tv channels) ($25)
PCS Protection Program ($6)
All for w/ tax usually about $85-90

This also includes a 10% discount I get for working for a local hospital that sprint provides for. Do you guys and gals know of any way I can lower my bill but keep my plan as it is?? I'd appreciate it, does that 10% off flyer thingy still work? Any other little secrets or ways of lowering my bill? Would a SERO plan help me? I keep reading about SERO but am unsure of what it is exactly! I'm looking for any and all ways of knocking it down price wise a bit! Thank you to everyone who helps! I'll be more than willing to help u guys and gals in the future!

First of all, welcome to the board. There are a lot of people here that can help you out when you need it. Secondly, make sure you do a search to make sure you aren't posting a topic that has already been discussed. Some people here will be quick to point out that you should search the forums before you post a new topic. Overall, this is a good place to get info from about Sprint. Now, on to your question.

A way to knock your bill down? Well, let me ask you this. How far are you into your contract? A quick way that you can knock some off is to go with the Fair and Flexible plan. If you don't use the 1000 anytime minutes a month, Fair and Flexible might be a good option.

Also, I don't if you are paying for your 7 p.m. nights and weekends or not but the 7 p.m. nights and weekends is included in the Fair and Flexible plans as opposed to paying $5 extra a month. I don't know how much that would save you but I'm pretty sure that you will save some money. The only down side to it is that you will have to sign your contract over again.

I hope that helps.

I'm thinking you could e-mail Ecare and ask for free unlimited text messaging, say your bill is outrageous for one person. Then they will probably offer you the 500 text for free or lop the $8 off unlimited. I'm not sure if you switch to SERO you will be able to get the upgraded vision package, the one you pay $25 for. Their option is the basic package included. Plus today is the last day to sign up for SERO unless they extend it. Good luck.

Ok, in order for us to help you out you need to tell us more about where you are in your contract, how long have you been with sprint?

Sero is employment referral plan that can either sign up for it online and lose your number(if you currently are a sprint customer) or work the *2 until you find the right person who knows what sero is. It is the opinion of many people on this board it is best for you call *2 and get a good retention plan. That is when you have been a good customer of sprint for a while and they give you loyalty discounts, you could probably get free text 7pm and protection, don't worry about the minutes they offer. You then try to get that plan transfered to a sero plan with all the freebies included. Sero officially ends today but i believe it has been confirmed to be extended...

The sero plan that would fit you is I believ 1250 minutes for $40, it includes the midrange pcs package, not unlimited. I am not sure about the minutes/$ because I have the $30 package for 500 minutes.

I signed my contract late december 2005/january 2006, I just recently got a retention offer of my $70 A900, so yeah....umm I don't know anyone from sprint to get a SERO plan. I mean...would I be able to get one?? Otherwise I'd drool at the $40 one, the 1200 minutes!! I would think I am a good customer with sprint cause shortly after starting (about 3 months) I started getting calls from sprint asking me about new offers and new discounts on phones seeing as I paid my bill on time. (I know, it may just be a load of bull! :) )Cause on top of that I would still get my work discount too! Any other ideas? What about that 10% off flyer? Thanks everyone!

I guess later on I will try again.
I have only been with sprint a few years, just re-upped..they are using some line that they are being real nice to me now they gave me 2 new sanyo 3100's etc....I should be grateful all this bs....
Told me to be patient, I couldnt even get free vision. I even pay my bills on time, and havent asked for anything special.

Go Figure......any help ?

^ Flyer promotions should only be inquired about through that number posted for the flyer.
