My Retention offer from beginning to end, DETAILS INCLUDED

After reading all the rentention offers on this board, and looking at my bill’s high costs :irked: , I said the hell with this im going to call sprint and try to get something too—what could I lose, ya know? So after coming up with an elaborate scheme I told the representative this

“Hello, I recently have started noticing I;ve been going way over my regular bill and minutes, this is in part due to the fact that my girlfriend(or whatever you want to say) recently switched to verizon (just chose one :rolleyes: ) because her plan also didn’t suit her, well now my sprint to sprint isn’t worth having, and I might also be planning on switching over…….I really love sprint because the other seem generic compared to it, but after a year and more of service im just not 100% completely satisfied….so are their any offers available that would suit my needs?”

If they try to make you see other plans, stop them quickly and say ma’am/sir, I reviewed the plans on the website and they really don’t catch my interest, if they don’t refer you to the retention department by this point, ask to do so.

Then just tell the guy there some of the same ol story, and they should hook you up just like me!

then he gave me an extra free 400 minutes on my exisitng MONTH because I was already over!!!!!!!! then he said if you get ANY overage charges for this month, i put a high priority notice to refund you (kinda confused a lil on that one) but damn sprint is cool, and as a matter of fact i think he was going to offer me a internet deal for the phone, but i told him earlier that i didnt use the internet as much so........ :irked:

I know its not much compared to the “ultra turbo ranger 5 million anytime minute SERO 83 phones for a dollar plan” some of you guys are getting, but hey its still something :bang: :bang: :bang: :lol: :lol:

wow that is a sick plan. i couldn't live without the free incoming though.

i only use like 20 anytime mins on my sprint, the rest are incoming, m2m, nights (about 2000 all together)

Going in my sig.. but yeah, I didn't get anything super special.. But I'm really content with my plan, and it was for renewing a 6 month old contract. I wanted to hold out 2 years so maybe I can ask for new free phone, but wth.. I'm making plenty of money now, and whatever money I'm obviuosly saving, can go towards a new phone.. Right now I'm waiting to get the 700p!

Very Nice plan!!!!!!!Last months i have used almost 5k minutes and only 120 anytime outgoing mins and rest incoming ,MTM ,nights and W's ....Whatever works!
