Just sent this letter. How do you think e-care will react...........

Dear E-Care Representative,

My name is: Michael _______ ________

First off I will say that I have nothing to complain about. As far as Sprint has to go they have always taken care of me, and I will continue to be a loyal customer. As I keep adding lines I am trying to get as MUCH of my family as possible on the sprint network. Next is my sister, she still has Cingular, but It wont be long. I also sell sprint phones at my job, and 99% of the time get customers to go with sprint instead of T-mobile which we also sell. (Since there network has the worst coverage) Anyhow as i said i just added another line on my account. I am going to wait one month and see exactly how many more minutes I will need. Then i will probally up my minutes. But I would like to ask a favor. First I already have 500 free text messages on my other two lines, (813) 784-**** & (214) 223-****. But I would like to get the same 500 free text messages added to my new line, (813) 846-****. That would be very appriciated, and make my day. Also my wife now works for a Credit Union. We also bank there. I was talking to a friend of mine and he said that he was getting a discount for being a Credit Union member. I didn't believe him until he showed me his bill. I was hoping I could get the same. If you need a faxed bank statement, or even a paystub from my wife I would be happy to send them to you. Please contact me with any info on what you can do for me.

Thank You very much,

Michael

He's not asking for that much. Only one thing I see and that is free text messaging. The other thing is a discount for his wife working at a credit union which they should give him.

Yeah, a discount isn't retention - it's something they're pretty much obligated to give. I hope you get it - ecare shot down me asking for things my first try. :(

I only ask for one thing at a time unless I am on the phone

He didn't ask for to much. In fact, he really should be able to get what he asked for. Why are so many people so negative on here???

Thanks for the response. Hopefully I get it. I know a lot of people on here getting way better deals than I am. So I think I should get mine no questions asked. We shall see...... =) (fingers crossed)

Yeah...that's definately not too much. Somebody posted a template letter on here that they had used for their friend, and they asked for like 4-5 things, and they ended up getting them all.

Doesn't sound like too much at all. Best of luck to you.

And I do agree that a fair share of people on here are way too negative. They have their greatly discounted plans and they almost sound annoyed sometimes when other people try to get discounts.
