I use to have a 5% discount, I just re-signed my contract for some extra stuff. They up'd my 5% to 10%. But now my 5 is gone. I have seen people on here with 5,10,15 discounts. So is 15 the highest and can they ass more than one loyal discount? so would it be possible to have 5,10,15 at the same time?

When I went to 15% they removed the 10%.
I'm pretty sure you can have only one kind of each discount. So you could have a loyalty and a Volume Discount but not 2 of either.

Ok I had a loyalty discount of 5% upped to 15% through ecare and then CS added a 5% retention discount. So I get 20% off my recurring charges of my monthly plan, vision pack, 6 pm nights and weekends, 500 sms. I then get a credit for the 6 pm n/w and a credit for the 500 sms. I then get my business discount of 10% for being a credit union member.
So I have 3 percentage discounts and 2 freebees. I also have FIMF on one plan and was told I have to wait 6 mths for my other phone to qualify for FIMF.
