My wife has an I-500 that she needs to get replaced, Sprint has agreed to get her another one, but the phone has logs of calls to her that will be needed (potentially) in an upcoming lawsuit. Sprint will not give her the new phone without confiscating the old phone. No one seems to know how to get the log copied off without doing it manually (writing down all of the information) and then having a lawyer create a deposition and verifying that the written information was indeed in the phone.
Anybody have any clue?...

Wouldn't your phone bill with all the calls logged on it be evidence enough?

I think only Verizon lists incoming calls on the bills.
