Wondering if anyone else has had the same debacle I have just had to go through. On Saturday, I went and got a new Blackberry 7135. I already had a Sprint account with Vision. Well the rep had never provisioned a blackbery before. Now I didnt find out what he had done wrong until this evening. He had done a blackbery only plan and had completly removed my voice plan, so I am now 20 cents per min. He also deleted the complementry PAM that comes with the full on Blackberry plan. Unfortunatly I found this out tonight after Sprint CS is no longer there, and I have made quite a few calls at 20 cents per min. This is a warning, if you are going to get this phone, assume the in store rep is going to screw up, because this is my second Blackberry with Sprint and I have had issues with both, and I bought both at different stores in different states. Be warned.

All you have to do is go back and have them put your voice plan back on and then back date it and it will cover the problem so long as the bill cycle isn't over.
