Greetings,

I need to get my MSL so that I can do some experimentation with Power Vision HA selection and my 700P <link> (http://discussion.treocentral.com/showthread.php?t=116987).

What's the best way to go about this? Do I call CS and ask, do I email eCare, what?

Call CS and just ask, if the first one doesnt give it to u then just call right back. Tell them you need it for some program you got for the phone theyll give it to you.

tell them something is wrong with your phone and you want to reprogram it, when they give it to you hang up
