I'm sure this has been covered, but I can't seem to find it. How easy is it for one to get SERO when they're in a non-Sprint zip code?

The SERO website won't accept my friend's billling zip. How easy would it be for me to set up a 2nd SERO line in my name/zip, then transfer liability to him? Is this a sure-fire method?

A nice SERO FAQ's already to post in.

If SERO isnt available there, you need a different mailing address or you cant get it.
