I just got the new Blackberry under my SERO plan, and was told that I would be able to access the internet (since SERO includes Power Vision) but not access e-mail accounts. However, today I found out that I need the Blackberry plan for internet access?? Any ideas?

I also heard that with the Blackberry you will need the additional plan.

Check out the 7130e thread in the PDA section it seems to depend on who sets up your account. I am not currently on a blackberry plan and have email and everything. I have minutes and a PowerVision plan but everything works fine for me.

Tamaraa has SERO and they added a PAM to that but I have not seen anyone else able to do this.

She got her phone in our local sprint store and I added a line through SprintNetwork on ebay.

Good luck...

So. . . Can you not add the BB plan with SERO? Or can you add the Vision Pack?

So does "push" e-mail work on your plan with just PV?

I wonder why someone won't get this issue fixed. I may put in a call tomorrow to executive services and tell them all the problems that everyone's having. It's kind of irritating becasue they should know what to do.

I think with the BB, you are suppose to have to get the BB plan. If you look on the website, the BB is not listed as a Power Vision phone. I tried to get around it and, of course, it didn't work. Others are a little luckier than I was.

Also, with Sprint being a business, they will probably WANT everyone to pay full price for the "full-on" BB plan.

I think what most SERO people are getting at is the Nextel side has BB on SERO plans and the only additional cost is 19.99. Why should it be $40 on top of that on the Sprint side?

Sprint is just really starting to get into the BB business so they are going to try to get all that they can from it until business from it increases(Well at least that is my ASSUMPTION as to why.)

That makes no sense. I would go to retention and ask them to give it to me at the Nextel price.
