View Full Version : C26 Error and Picture Mail stalling at 99%...

What might cause this? Is it just poor reception - or is this something that can be fixed? Whenever I try and send a picture, it stalls out at 99%, says to try later, and I get a C26 error message.

I had this problem when I first got my phone...I just called customer care and they transfered me to the tech dept...from there they did something on their end and it started working. I also remember a C26 error, I think the rep told me it was for a busy network. Im not 100% sure though. Just call and they will should be able to fix it.

Yup - I believe so.

This is on the gf's phone...but so far as I know, no problems.

I think it's a reception thing where she lives...she was able to send a picture mail while driving today.
