I don't know. I heard a little about it last month but nothing else. I really interested in seeing if readylink will work. :music: :music:

Here's Sprint's Press Release (http://www2.sprint.com/mr/news_dtl.do?id=12401). I could be reading it wrong though, but it sounds like we'll get charged of $0.002/kb. Is this even if you have an unlimited Vison/PowerVision package, or only if you don't?

There are no extra charges for data roaming in the US. - sheureka

right, thats what I mean. even if we have ulimited in the states, we will still have to pay extra when we are in those countries? i wonder if our handsets will warn of this ahead of time or if we just find out on the bill.

You pay for telephone roaming in Canada and Mexico - and you'll also pay for data roaming. Unless you have the special business plan or the $99 all you can eat data plan, if your phone says "R" and you're in Canada or Mexico, you're going to be paying extra for both phone calls and data roaming. - sheureka

Doesn't seem anyone can get Alltel data roaming working yet on approved devices with the latest firmware. What gives?
Was the July 1 date a corporate agreement date and not a release date?
