lol and how bout this, i have everything imaginable, power vision, m2m, roaming, UL texts, ...... and these are on all the lines, so i was just wondering, whats the best youve brought your monthly price down to?

ok well this is what happened, i ahd all the perks free in the first place, this actually is the forst month so as usual everything was screwed up, my bill was $210 which i knew wasnt right, called up retentions, they fixed everything for me, brought it down to $90 whcih was still a bad ass price, but i called in again thinking that all the changed should reflect on my bill but nothing was different, even tho the amount due said 90, so the girl took off another 50, and then reliazed she gave me credits for some of the things twice =) i cant complain hehe

yupe, i know someone who have their monthly bill less than $10 per month. with all the perks under SERO plan.
even free TEP dont know if he still have it or not.
also Any Sprint employee should be able to beat that easily.

100% off a monthly bill.............. just paid the insurance and taxes on said insurance.
Boy it was bad having to shell out $12 for a month on a 2000 minute plan!
the credit was due to some severe service issues, plus a 50% credit the next month. they made me go from pissed off to happy in about 45 seconds :)

Yeah I got a free bill for 3 months... Gave me a 199.99 credit because i spent 3 days and 7 hours on the phone screwing with my free phones the were supossed to send me. The rep felt really bad i guess I asked for a credit but i was thinkin 50, 60 bucks she said 199.99 I was like ok thanks!!!

the bigger they screw up, the bigger the one time discount they will give you in the future.
They can add 50% off and 100% off codes for a month also. After the code expires, its good to get a rep to remove it as it messes with some less intelligent reps heads who think its a re-occuring 50% off code!
I got 100% off a $110 base plan plus 50% off the next month over huge screwups. Sprint knew I was a big revenue generator and didnt want to lose me.
NEVER ask for a free month, or 1/2 off a month. If they screw up, simply say "im rather upset that _________ has not worked for __________ long. What is my patience with Sprint worth?"

I work for a third party sprint dealer, so the base plan is 3000 min, M2M, 1000 night + weekend
However, I ported a number over and sprint royally screwed it up, so I got unlimited nights and weekends and the a920 for $75. Then I contacted ecare about 2 weeks later and got unlimited vision.

10 lines, with unliminted Picture/Video vision, all lines with $10 download credits, unlimited text, ready link on lines it applies for, FIMF,and total bill is $80 every month.
Oh...and I just got free incomming added from a friend in PR told me about. So I asked for it.

Those are both on $70.00 F&F plans. both those lines get huge, huge discounts every month. 25% Corp,25% Loyality, and another 25% Loyality. A listed credit can apply to free phones or payments made to cover the cost of phones ordered.
Having a big credit isnt that "special" a thing, though its fun to brag about. Like he said, probably a $200 credit when the smoke clears.

I called up Retention today to cancel one of my three lines. I had the Fusic which I got at a discount for $179.00. Not only did I get them to cancel the 3rd line, I got them to give me the brand new fusic for free..they transfered it to one of my other lines and I got a instant discount of $329.00 on my bill. Plus, the rep said since I was such a loyal sprint customer, I was given power vision for free, night at 7pm for free, unlimited internet for free, roaming for free, first incoming minute for free and free internet on my second line. This is an addition to the added 5% loyalty discount that I receive on a monthly basis. When it was all said and done, this is what my monthly bill looked like:
