View Full Version : Downloaded Ringtones Quieter Than Other Ringtones?

I have noticed that the ringtones that I have downloaded from the internet are quieter than the one I purchased from Sprint, does anyone else notice that their ringer volume is cranked up to hear it, and why is this occuring and how can I fix it.

If you use WavePad to create your ringtones, you can amplify your ringtone before converting it and uploading it to your phone. You can amplify it up to 200% each time. I have found that I can amplify it by 200% twice and then 100% before the sound is distorted. Your ringtone will be significantly louder. My original created ringtones were too quiet, but once I went back and amplified, I have no problem hearing them.
