It's not illegal because it's the customer's decision to sell a phone they bought...it just happens to be that the phone they bought did not cost any money. Anyway...I would sell mine to you, orange, but I'd have to secure a 6700 first, and I don't think I could do it for $75. Maybe like $150 or something, but like I said, I'd have to get a 6700 from retentions for myself first. Of course, if you want to send me your 6700 along with a $75 check for my a900, I'll reluctantly accept.
No, seriously, though, why don't you give retentions a call yourself? It's really not that hard to get the a900 for $80 or less. Just use the words RAZR and free next to or in close proximity of each other.

because my sero plan comes out to $15 a month after everything. i dont want to dance with the law and have the law win.
if i had i normal plan i would be more then willing to try. but for the plan i have i can stand a phone i dont like too much.

Orange, have any closing "shacks" locally? Call and see if any have the phone you want still in stock.
Got my a900 for $189 out the door which is better than a standard upgrade rebate.
This should be in a "trading post" area, so im just closing it and if anyone wants to find you they can PM you after you post a WTB there :)
