(From my PPC-6700)
When I click the link, it tries to open a page for a few minutes, and then says the connection was lost. The internet works fine on evet other page. What can I do?

Because you're using a 6700, you won't be able to download this. You'll have to hope the OP comes back in here and posts the actual file. You could PM him/her about it.
