Hey guys. Whats the number everyone is calling to get to retention? I searched for it but all the numbers are no longer valid.

It's because right when someone posts it, it gets abused and bombarded with calls.
Your best bet is to hit *2 on your phone and say, 'CANCEL SERVICE' when prompted to tell them what you want.

There are quite a few plans out there that are better than the ones they you get with SERO. It just all depends on what you are looking for. And as far as the discounts go, I think the volume discounts do get transfered.

No direct number to retentions. Discounts MAY get transfered but are not supposed to by "rule"
