ok i just downloaded the trial for photoshop and im trying to get the image to resize to fit my phones screen(320x240)but the problem is is that i've been sitting in front of my screen trying to figure out how to use photoshop for like the past hour.this thing goes way beyond microsoft paint.can anyone help me?i'm going to bed cause my head REALLY does hurt...alot.thanks

Go to the Image menu, then Image Size.
