Hi, I'm new to these forums, but I must say that it's already helped me TONS just by reading. I signed up for Sprint just two days ago and the representative told me that I would receive Power Vision free for a single month. Upon stumbling across the thread concerning huge bills due to a lack of Power Vision I quickly decided to make sure that the representative had indeed given me a month of Power Vision--guess what? It never happened. I was told that I had already tagged an extra 100 dollars to my bill because of data usage. Thankfully, since this forum helped me catch onto the problem in a matter of two days, the problem was credited and resolved quickly.
Anyway! I was wondering WHAT exactly Power Vision offers. Now that I'm positive I have it, I want to make sure what features I can use (I don't want to tack on more charges because I used something out of the plan). I currently have Power Vision ACCESS and it lists just two channels to watch--News and Music--and unlimited web/data access. I am most concerned with the web/data access--does that mean I can browse websites, watch the two TV channels, use Sprint Music Store (just browsing), and send picture/image/video messaging without getting any additional charges put on my bill? If it's not, I'd like to know how much it costs per picture/image/video message received and sent. Mostly I just want to know if I can still upload ringtones and games to myself and download them without being charged.
Any help would be awesome :D Thanks!
