Its now a 30 day cancelation period as of 6/19..... this is if you got the plan / agreement on or after 6/19.

I just got the SERO plan & wrote emails to ecare.

First email: Free 7pm nights & weekends

2nd email: 100 free text messages

I haven't tried a third email yet...I think I'm pretty good to go, although I may try for some discounts later

edit: Tips -

My emails were something along the lines of I know someone who has SERO (except I didn't call it that), & got 6pm nights/weekends & unlimited text, would it be possible for me to have a complimentary 100 text?

So, my ideas (& I may be wrong)

1.) Don't type/say "SERO", it makes you sound less like an earnst regular joe (to me any way), & more like a professional slickdealer, etc.

2.) Ask if its possible to get free <blank>, cuz its hard to say "no, it's not possible"

3.) Mention someone else you know who got an amazingly better deal than you're asking for.

Never ask for something "free" but ask........

I was wondering if their was any promotional offers going on text messaging at this time. If you dont come across as begging for a freebie, its more likely that the rep will offer reduced price or possibly a free plan for messaging (though usually not unlimited for free)

oooh...although I realize you mean a different strategy than mine, speaking of not saying "free", I actually always say "complimentary".

Hmmm... I said free and got it. But I had a round about email....and I have been with Sprint for 5 years so they were like "As a loyal customer....blah blah.."

This is a great tip.... and should be kept in mind everytime calling.
