View Full Version : Got Free 6pm Through eCare

So, I e-mailed eCare to see if it was possible to use my SERO Individual account as a Family plan and add another phone, but they replied that it wasn't possible.

However, the guy was like "The only real difference between plans is the 7pm Night & Weekends that you've currently been paying for, but I can just give that to you for free if you're willing to sign a new 2 year agreement."

So, I e-mailed him back, asked if I could get 6pm instead... and he said it was fine.

I haven't seen it on my account yet, but hopefully it all works out!

Here's my correspondence:

Thank you for writing back to us.

The renewal of the agreement does not mean an extension of further 24
months in the current agreement. It will be total 24 months from the
date of renewal.

Regarding the 6pm Night & Weekend option, we value you as an esteemed
customer and I feel pleased offering you this option for free.

Simply reply with the confirmation and I will do the needful.

Thank you again for emailing us, I enjoyed helping you and look forward
to working with you in future. Have a great day.

Merwin,

Thank you so much for such a quick reply. I would appreciate the
addition
of the 7pm nights, with the signing of the 2-year agreement. I do have
a
few questions however:

1. This new two-year agreement would start from the day it is signed,
correct? Not an extension, causing my current agreement to grow to 4
years.

2. I don't want to sound ungrateful, however it's been to my experience
that it rarely hurts to ask, would it be possible to receive the 6pm
Nights
instead of 7pm? If not, the 7pm is fine. I was just hopeful.

Again, thank you for your prompt reply. Please let me know what I need
to
do to finalize these additions.

Merwin is great. I have delt with him before.

Sero isn't available as a family plan, but ask him if he can add a second line that mirrors your first with plan an features.

Basically a second line with SERO and the same features as your primary. That's what I have.

Yeah, is there a way to contact him directly? So far I the most I have been able to get is 500 Free Text (They told me unlimited is not available for free anymore), and my nights and weekends starting at 6pm. However, one thing maybe someone could answer...when I look at my plan it shows these for 10.00 and 8.00. I was told on my bill there would be a credit for these. Does anyone know anything about this?

Each month you will see a credit on your bill in the amount of $10.00 and $8.00 to offset the charges. If you do not see it, either call cs or write ecare.
