a900 ringtones

whats up guys?im new to the sprint users forum.i just recently upgraded from the crappy vi-2300 to the ultra cool a900.but i wanted to know how do i get ringtones and wallpapers onto my phone,without using focus or something similar?i heard of bitpim and stuff like that, but im fairly new when it comes to cell phone tones.if possible can soemone give me a step by step on how to do it and what programs should i use to do it(like how to convert mp3s into smaller sizes for the phones)thanks alot in advance

bitpim currently does not support the a900 so your only option would be to use an uploader, like focus or funformobile
