So I just signed up for the power vision plus pack($20.00) and it comes with free picture mail.
When I tried to send a pciture it sends me a text message saying: Picture access denied! error 86
Do I have to sign up for something first or whats the problem

This is an authentication error meaning there is a problem with your pictures password at some point in the chain. Can't really troubleshoot it without a tech...give them a call. 1-866-273-2163 and tell them you are getting this error 86...you should also be seeing something mentioning a C1 error when you try and send the picture.
