After 4 calls and finally an attempt to upgrade to PV Ultimate via the sprint website, I receive this 'confirmation' email:

Thank you for contacting Sprint together with Nextel regarding the
change to your account.

I have completed your request to add the Sprint Power Vision Plus
Ultimate Pack option to your account. This will be effective on
06/17/2006. The monthly charge for this is $25.00.

I am sorry this did not meet your needs.

Please be advised you will incur a casual usage charge of $0.02 per
kilobyte when using Vision.

Well your profile shows you have a non-PV phone. I don't know if that has anything to do with the post but eh...you either have or do not have a powervision plan. The author might just have cut and pasted two self-excluding responses.

...call or write em back and ask if they can clarify just what the heck that is suposed to mean (?)
