Okay…so I am trying to send out a pictureMail. I currently have a Samsung PM-A840. What I did:
1. Took the picture.
2. Went to “Send Message”
3. Clicked on “Picture Mail”
4. Clicked on “In Camera”
5. Chose the picture I just took
6. When I click “Next,” it takes me to a “Set Password” screen
7. I typed a password and clicked “Next” again. Then Steps 6 – 7 repeats over and over again.

Do you see my problem? I can’t seem to get passed this password step! I just want to send the picture! Gosh…why do I have to set up a password at all? This is so annoying. Someone, please help!

I’ve typed in so many passwords already…and it just won’t go through….ARGH!

Are you getting any errors when all this is happening? At some point is should poop out and display something like a C1, T4, or G4 error? Basically it sounds like there may already be a password there but we just don't know what it is (could be from a long time ago even from before you had the phn number). Give tech support a call from another phn and try and sort it all out. 1-866-273-2163
